800A High Voltage DC Contactor Relay
Product Introduction
The 800A high voltage DC contactor is designed for fast switching of ultra-high current DC systems. It supports an operating voltage range of DC 9V~36V and has low energy consumption characteristics with an initial pull-in current of 3.2A and a holding power of approximately 3.0W. The product adopts high-performance magnetic blow-out technology and a compact double-break design, which can withstand a maximum short-circuit current impact of 2500A @ 320Vdc, providing extremely high reliability and safety.
The contactor achieves fast response through an optimized electromagnetic system, combined with high-conductivity busbar terminals and high-voltage resistant sealing structures, and is widely used in ultra-high power energy storage systems, high-power electric drive platforms and DC microgrid core equipment.
